Meet Our Key Personnel

Stella Nsong, RN
Director of Service Development

Stella is a registered nurse and elder care consultant. In the early 1990's, she was awarded a gold medal for her outstanding nursing work in Atlanta, Georgia. She brought her skills to Ohio in 1996, and established Nightingale Home Support & Care in 2000 when she saw a critical need in home care for the aging. Her undergraduate education is in the science of nursing and healthcare psychology. She is pursuing a graduate degree in family health.

Cheryl Lambert, CLPN
Staff Development Specialist

Formerly with the Lake Hospital System for almost 10 years, Cheryl was Lake Hospital System's Nurse of the Year in 1999. A nomination letter submitted by a fellow nurse best described why Cheryl was chosen: "She truly loves each patient; she embraces each patient and their family, making it her daily mission to help them heal." One reason Cheryl was drawn to Nightingale Home Support & Care was because of the name. The famous Florence Nightingale is a first cousin of Cheryl's great grandmother!

Tia Kocianic
Preceptor / Community Relations

Tia is usually the first person you will meet when we start to provide services for you. Her Bachelors degree in Psychology along with her own personal experiences while caring for her grand mother makes it easy for Tia to relate and understand the needs of all the children of our clients who are trying to work, take care of their families and their aging parents at the same time.

Tia was drawn to Nightingale after caring for her grand mother during a time when  services like Nightingale’s did not exist. Tia could not find an agency that provided only the small, intermittent and occasional support that she needed. She has stories to share when you meet her. Give her a call, she will come out to see you and help you design a care program just for you and your loved one.
